Refund Request: Please submit a refund request within 30 days of receiving the product. You can contact our customer service team by emailing cassiecavanaugh@elysianchicshop.com to submit a request.
Item Condition: Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in original packaging and tags. We are unable to accept any refunds for washed, worn or damaged items.
Refund Processing: Once the returned item is received and confirmed to be eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be refunded to the original payment method.
Shipping Cost: The shipping cost of the return is borne by the customer unless there is a quality problem with the product or the wrong product was sent.
